TECHNICAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a Technical Services Representative to support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our environmental fragrance systems. This is a hands‑on role suited for a technically skilled professional who enjoys on‑site work, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.

LOCATION: Macau

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install and service the environmental fragrance system that disperses fragrance into the desired target areas according to installation and service schedules and requirements
  • Conduct an on-site property survey and equipment specification as instructed in the scope of work.
  • Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment installation, basic diagnostics, and repairs on installed equipment as required
  • Prepare and submit technical documents and service case reports
  • Handle the maintenance of the return machine and spare parts, and manage the inventory
  • Respond to and handle the customer service calls regarding equipment issues and report to the Technical Services Team Leader
  • Work at height is required
  • Work at shifts and night hours is required
  • Work on ad hoc duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or other related subjects preferred
  • Holder of an Electrical Certificate is an advantage
  • Experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning) is preferred
  • Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and working at heights
  • Effective communication skills with experience dealing directly with customers via phone, e-mail and face-to-face
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical blueprints
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidate willing to be stationed in Macau is preferred
  • Holder of a Macau ID Card is a first priority
