ScentAir Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Data Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team. This entry-level role is ideal for professionals with 0–3 years of experience in financial data analysis and corporate accounting who are excited to work at the intersection of data and finance. In this role, you'll support the development of financial reporting tools, assist with account reconciliations, and help drive process improvements across accounting operations. You'll work extensively with large, raw datasets—cleaning, validating, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and deliver actionable insights to the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in Excel, enjoys solving data challenges, and wants to turn complex accounting data into meaningful reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Lead the analysis of raw financial and operational data to assist with forecasting, budgeting, account reconciliation, and month-end close processes. Leverage advanced Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

Data Management: Extract, clean, validate, and reconcile large datasets from ERP systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial platforms. Apply advanced Excel techniques (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query) to manage high-volume data effectively.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement automation or enhancements to reporting tools that improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase team productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. Collaborate with international counterparts across EMEA and APAC regions to support global reporting initiatives and process alignment.

ERP System Optimization: Play a hands-on role in optimizing the recently implemented ERP system (Infor SyteLine), ensuring financial data is accurately captured and translated into custom reports and dashboards that support accounting operations.

Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex financial datasets into clear, concise reporting and visualizations for senior leadership and business stakeholders. Highlight performance trends and opportunities for action through data storytelling.

Audit & Special Projects: Lead audit preparation and special projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing key financial data. Maintain documentation and support cross-functional teams through reporting and reconciliation-related initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • Experience: In a data analyst or financial analyst role, with a strong background in corporate accounting and financial reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong SQL skills; expertise in Power BI; experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of GAAP, financial principles, and corporate accounting workflows.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $55K–$68K
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a company-matched 401(k) plan.
  • A collaborative, innovative-driven team culture.
  • Ongoing professional development and leadership growth opportunities.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
