We're on the lookout for a dynamic eCommerce Specialist ready to boost our online sales in China and ignite customer engagement with cutting-edge strategies! Come be a part of this exciting journey!
LOCATION: Hong Kong
KEY TAKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Management: Oversee product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search engines
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, etc. to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Team in APAC and US to design and execute online sales promotions campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
- Inventory Management: Work closely with Inventory and Logistics Team to manage stock levels and ensure product availability
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance eCommerce strategies
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, e.g., Tmall, Jindong, Shopify, Magento, etc, and analytics tools, eg, Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient on Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Experience on CRM such as Salesforce.com is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English is a must
WORK SCHEDULE
- Remote Work
- 3 days per week
- 12-month contract
