BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a critical member of our Sales team, you will be instrumental in uncovering new business opportunities and forging relationships with potential customers. You are one of the team members aiming for achievement of given targets by building and growing the direct RMR business across.  You will perform exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and be intensely focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods.

REPORT TO: Senior Sales Director, Asia Pacific

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Hunting new and untouched opportunities that can help expanding the markets through generating more qualifying leads and pushing them to the Business Development Manager
  • Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via compelling cold calls and persuasive emails
  • Present the business impact of scent marketing to captivate potential clients
  • Facilitate meetings between prospective clients and our Business Development Managers
  • Report sales results to the Senior Sales Director, providing valuable industry and market insights
  • Stay at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail and fitness industries

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Marketing or Sales
  • 1 year sales experience, call centre, customer service experience is preferred.  Fresh graduate is also welcome.
  • A highly motivated sales-oriented person who is driven by hitting their goals and thrives on success
  • Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to build rapport and generate interest in our products and services remotely
  • With passion on scenting is an advantage
  • A talent for persuading and delivering captivating presentations remotely
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis programs
  • Tech savvy, with proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Teams
  • High proficient in written and verbal English.  Proficient on other languages such as Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage
