Join our Team as a Strategic Business Development Representative!

As a critical member of our Sales teams, you will be instrumental in uncovering large business opportunities and forging relationships with well-known national brands. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive on human connections, crave success, and aspire to advance in the sales arena. In fact, the majority of our BDRs have achieved advancement within just 18 months.

What will you do every day?

  • Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via compelling cold calls, persuasive emails, and customized LinkedIn messages.
  • Present the business impact of scent marketing and air purification to captivate potential clients.
  • Collaborate with strategic sales leaders to seek out new business opportunities within major markets across North America.
  • Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and our Strategic Account Executives.
  • Report sales results to the Sales Manager, providing valuable industry and market insights.
  • Stay at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail, gaming, fitness, senior living, and many more.
  • Collaborate with fellow business development teammates on creative and sensory prospecting initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to build rapport, and generate interest in our products and services.
  • A talent for persuading and delivering captivating presentations.
  • A highly motivated sales-oriented person who is driven by hitting their goals and thrives on success.
  • BA/BS degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing or Sales.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis programs.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using MS Office, Excel, and Teams.
