FRAGRANCE MANAGER
As an Individual Contributor in our APAC Regional Office, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Team and the Global Fragrance Team. This role highlights the importance of fragrance assortment management within the APAC region and involves working directly with Sales Personnel to improve sales pitching success rates and enhance the customer experience. These efforts are essential for driving sustainable growth and improving our business performance in the competitive scent marketing industry. Your contributions will play a significant role in our overall success and stability.

REPORT TO: Vice President & General Manager APAC
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the fragrance assortment by continuously monitoring trends and conducting market research to inform fragrance development initiatives.
Design and create signature fragrances for products ordered by strategic accounts.
Analyse and present fragrance trends to internal stakeholders, and develop new fragrances as needed.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to support sales presentations and effectively communicate fragrance narratives to customers.
Work with the Regional Marketing Team to create compelling fragrance narratives to promote our signature scents and newly developed fragrances to existing and prospective customers.
Design and deliver training programs on fragrance knowledge for both Sales and Non-Sales personnel to enhance their understanding of the category.
Partner with the Distributor Sales Team to provide support and fragrance training for APAC distributors.
Collaborate closely with the Global Fragrance Team and Legal Team to ensure compliance with fragrance regulations in APAC markets and maintain updated fragrance safety standard certifications.
Engage with internal stakeholders on fragrance-related projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fragrance-related training is a MUST.
Preferably 5 years or more of work experience in Fragrance Development.
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering quality fragrance products.
Resourceful and adept at problem-solving.
Excellent communication and public presentation skills.
Proactive and independent team member who is self-motivated and passionate, with a can-do attitude.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with an end-to-end thinking mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
