Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Strategic Account Manager for the largest Scent Marketing sales team in the world; this is not your average sales role. You think big, you hit the ground running, you represent the best scent marketing products in the world, and you help to ensure the satisfaction and retention of key clients in our extensive portfolio of clients. You will help to expand the ScentAir footprint with your clients while developing and maintaining impactful relationships with them. At ScentAir, our vision is to make the world a greater smelling place augmented by our top-tier indoor air quality systems.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills/capabilities:

• Proven expertise in issue resolution management, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

• Experienced in creating and managing Salesforce opportunities to drive sales growth.

• Strong ability to provide comprehensive support during client meetings, enhancing collaboration and relationship-building.

• Effective management of diverse requests, including marketing, sales enablement, operations, IT, and finance.

• Expertise in consolidated invoicing and rebate process management for streamlined financial operations.

• Exceptional communication skills for facilitating shipping, production updates, and technical specifications coordination.

• Proactive management of pilot projects and key account fragrance requests to ensure precision and timeliness.

• Thorough support for ancillary product orders, including PO coordination and handling of inquiries.

• Skilled in quarterbacking credit, hold, and retention processes, fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration.

• Effective coordination of regional tech communications, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.

• Proficient tracking of shipments and responsible for setting up client and internal meetings.

• Effective collaboration with clients' marketing departments for landing pages, imagery, and collateral approval.

• Capable of providing comprehensive client inquiry support for Senior Account Executives, enhancing their effectiveness.

• Strong quarterback of inter-departmental communications, ensuring clarity and coherence.

• In-depth knowledge of internal department structure, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for guidance.

• Skilled in coordinating account pricing, utilizing spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency.

• Proficient at managing contract terms and legal aspects, collaborating with the appropriate teams.

• Expertise in creating impactful presentations to effectively convey information.

• Proactive follow-up on new installations for key primary accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding.

• Experienced in managing new Hunting license checklists, ensuring compliance and quality.

• Effective in direct customer engagement, order placement, and lead distribution for Hunting license accounts.

• Reliable support for tradeshows, contributing to successful event execution.

The background you have:

- You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience under your belt

- A track record of achievement in selling B2B products or services

- BA/BS degree from a college or university is nice, but relative sales experience will work, too

- Tech savvy, proficient using MS Office apps, and Salesforce (or similar CRM)

This position offers a base salary range of $50,000 + commission/bonus. On-target first-year total earnings should be in the $60,000 - $65,000 range. Will this meet your compensation requirements?*
