Product Officer

ScentAir Hong Kong is looking for a Product Officer to assist Fragrance Product Manager to convert fragrance products and service solution into Company sales revenue. You will play a significant role in day-to-day operations to handle scenting machine and fragrance retail product project.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for fragrance retail product end-to-end development projects.  Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on product and packaging design, sample development, production control and price negotiation
• Act as key contact point on scenting machine and fragrance retail products enquiries
• Prepare sales reports on fragrance retail product sales revenue and profit performance and ensure ongoing data accuracy 
• Responsible for maintaining Asia Pacific Product Guidebook
• Preform ad hoc tasks as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Product Management, or related disciplines
• 2 years experience in merchandising or relevant experience
• Experience in home decoration, consumer electronics or gift & premium is an advantage
• Good team player with good communication skill
• A fast learner and able to work independently
• Detailed minded and good in time management
• Proficient in computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, Photoshop and/or Adobe design tools
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) 
• Experience on CRM (such as Salesforce.com) is an advantage
