ScentAir is seeking a Paid Media Manager to drive best-in-class advertising campaigns across major media platforms. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, audience insights, and performance goals. 

This is a global role, serving North America, EMEA, APAC and Australia – both consumer and business lines.  

In this role, you will: 

Strategy Development: Develop data-driven media strategies rooted in business objectives, audience insights, channel dynamics, and marketplace trends for both ScentAir’s B2B and B2C business channels for multiple countries and regions. Provide strategic analysis to influence go-to-market plans that elevate advertising performance. 

Campaign and Platform Management: Craft clear, actionable media briefs outlining campaign goals, audience and channel strategies, and testing frameworks to drive learning and optimization. Launch and manage campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks. Manage established budgets accordingly.  

Optimization: Analyze performance data to adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives for maximum efficiency. Leverage performance data and historical insights to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency. As a global role, you will work with country leaders on translations, key words and competitor campaigns to optimize campaign performance. 

Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. 

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and new advertising opportunities. 

Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports, providing actionable insights on KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and ROI. We are a data centric organization – that uses data insights to drive our decision-making process. 

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (SEO, content, creative, web) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and manage clear objectives around campaign development, and execution. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of integrated marketing efforts. As a global role, you will work with country leaders on translations, key words and competitor campaigns to optimize campaign performance.  

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e. desktop, mobile & social media) experience, paid media experience.  
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest, Bing, Amazon Search/Display and Google Analytics. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting large datasets to drive decisions. Excel. 
  • Platform Expertise: Knowledge of bidding strategies, keyword research, and ad tracking setup. 
  • Certifications: Google Ads/Analytics certifications are highly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of tag management systems (GTM/UTM’s) and pixel implementation, SEO, - GDPR and ADA would be nice to have. 
  • Schedule flexibility and the ability to monitor campaigns during peak / important calendar events.  
  • Previous international media experience. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in a marketing agency environment. 
  • Strong communication skills for presenting results to stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
  • B2B and B2C – the ability to understand two different business channels and how they can work together to support advertising efficiency while still driving measurable results per channel.
